McLaren is by the Oldenburg champion stallion Morricone out of a daughter of Sir Donnerhall I. During his KWPN performance test in Ermelo in 2020 he achieved 83,50 with, among other scores, 9/10 for rideability and attitude. At the age of 4 he was a finalist in the Pavo Cup. Under the saddle of his regular rider Dinja van Liere, he won the KWPN stallion competition in classes L and M. The stallion has already distinguished himself several times during international Prix St. Georges and Intermediate I competitions.

The first offspring of Widaylia’s dam, the ‘ster’ mare Hidaylia, is an instant success: Mauro Turfhorst. Approved as a KWPN breeding stallion, he is making his mark in top sport with Dinja van Liere — the youngest competitor in the Aachen Grand Prix and selected for the 2028 Olympic Games. Hidaylia’s granddam, Pearllia, holds the predicates ‘elite’, ‘preferent’ and ‘prestatie’. She is known as the dam of the Grand Prix horse Cavalia and the Small Tour horses Vivalia, Hill Billy and Lobelia.
