WIZARD SOLLENBURG

ABOUT

This colt is sired by Sarai L (born in 2021), a son of Secret, who himself won silver at the World Championships for 5-year-old dressage horses. For Real L, the dam of Sarai L, is by the two-time Oldenburg champion stallion For Romance, who competed at international Grand Prix level. Sarai L is a long-legged stallion with a lot of presence and an uphill trot and canter.

The dam, the elite mare Johanna Sollenburg, is a daughter of the top sire Charmeur (18th in the WBFSH dressage sire ranking) and the preferential performance mare Zantana Sollenburg. Johanna Sollenburg herself impressed at the studbook inspection with 85 points for her movement, including a sublime 90 for her trot, and thereby qualified for the NMK finals. Zantana, a daughter of Fidermark, competed in Z2 dressage herself and produced, among others, the highly successful American Grand Prix horse Harrold S and the Small Tour horse Matthew Sollenburg. Her grandmother, Onyx, is also known as a mare with strong breeding qualities and produced, among others, the Grand Tour horse Lambada Sollenburg.
